NXSTEEL led the BIM detailing and management for all structural and MEP trades, ensuring smooth coordination and problem-solving from design to installation. Our scope of work included the offsite fabrication of load-bearing wall panels and prefabricated roof trusses, ensuring structural accuracy and reducing on-site installation time. The use of the Ecospan floor system—a lightweight, economical solution made of 89% recycled materials—enhanced both the project’s sustainability and structural performance. Its UL fire ratings and non-combustible properties made it an ideal choice for the safety requirements of this senior living facility.
