Envisioned as a Medical Office Building spanning approximately 22,000 square feet, this two-story structure has redefined the landscape of healthcare infrastructure. Our role in this venture has been pivotal, contributing to both its design ingenuity and material excellence.
Nestled in the heart of Denton, the Razor Ranch Project stands as a testament to modern healthcare facility design. With a focus on optimizing space and functionality, this Medical Office Building has been meticulously crafted to provide an optimal environment for medical practitioners and patients alike.
Our involvement extended beyond the conventional. We provided not only the conceptual design but also the material procurement that formed the backbone of this impressive structure. The cold-formed steel framing system, carefully integrated into the building’s construction, ensures both strength and flexibility, allowing for a seamless incorporation of design elements.
The cold-formed steel walls, roof, and floor, meticulously fabricated and assembled, have added not just to the structural integrity but also to the visual appeal of the Razor Ranch Project.
