The combination of prefabricated cold-formed steel (CFS) walls, Vulcraft Open K (bar) joists and traditional metal deck and concrete pour. The hybrid system really proves itself with the inclusion of CFS, Paco Steel (a proprietary welded beam utilizing a High Frequency Electric Resistance Forging process), structural steel and concrete.

Market Lofts, an ambitious mixed-use development in Overland Park, KS, was brought Texas Steel Tech from 2Point Construction.
The project consists of 36 units over a podium deck. It’s a 50/50 blend of one and two bedroom with one-bedroom apartments at roughly 1,000 square-feet and the two-bedroom units 1,350 square feet . The first floor includes roughly 5,700 square feet of retail space.
